Procedure:
This property will be offered
in 1 tract at absolute auction with No Reserve Price.
Down
Payment:
$30,000 down payment by cashier's check is to be paid immediately
following the auction; balance due at closing. If buyer defaults on the
purchase, the down payment will not be refunded. This
auction is not contingent upon financing.
Closing:
To be within 30 days or less of
auction date.
Possession:
Possession of this property
will be given as of date of closing.

Correction:
2011 due in 2012 will be paid by seller. All future
taxes will be paid by buyer.
Acceptance of bid prices:
